Packaging.......... |
I love these wipers, and when I found them On amazon for alot less then I have Paid at the auto parts store I was more then happy.
Well Vacheronwatch Did a POOR job Packaging the wipers. UPS is known for their Destruction of Items in transit. The Box has no filler in it at all. just the 2 wiper Blades. needless to say the box was ..well turned into what looks like an accordion, and one of the wipers was sticking all the way out of its plastic packaging ( the plastic being torn open on one end) they Look ok at a glance, but I will have to see if they go on straight now.
First shipping problem I have ever had with Vacheronwatch though...I hope it is the last. |

For the money..... buy a cheaper anco blade....heard the hype about this blade. I had just bought a cheap pair of Anco blades for my 2009 Grand Caravan -- there was only one of these RainX blades in the store to fit my van so i bought it and gave them a side by side test. Put the RainX blade on the driver side and the Anco on the passenger side. Like other reviewers... the middle of the blade does not stay tight with the windshield on the back swipe and thus leaves that path that does not get cleaned until it swipes to the right. Will not buy these again.....even compared to the Anco it doesn't look quite as "clean" when wiping...... I was actually going to compare these to see which one lasted the longest.... don't even care now b/c the RainX just doesn't work well. I didn't think there would be a quality issue. This blade certainly didn't fit the "you get what you pay for".... because I got nothing more by spending almost 4x more $$. |

It may be a great wiper but it looks terrible. Install was perfect except it looks like crap. I put the original back on and will go get new inserts tomorrow. For the price they could be better built.

MISSING UNIVERSAL ADAPTER |

One of the worst customer service support I have ever received from any company, I have tried multiple times to contact their support but they still haven't replied after I patiently waited for over a month. I received the wiper without the universal adapter with the small j-hook, meaning they don't check before shipping these wipers, buyer beware! |
